Back From The Pyrenees
Well I've been home for 3 weeks now and I have to say it's good to be here. The walk was great but fairly hard on the body. Every day 1000 metres up and 1000 metres down. Some very spectacular scenery, interesting people and, when we could get it, some great food!

Digital Dwellingup
We had some very personalised attention from our photgrapher, Karen Castle , on this trip as there was only 5 of us. It was a very wet 3 days in Dwellingup, but it didn't matter. There was so much to photograph around Banksia Springs, including the 2 cottages with all their memorabilia. Luckily we chose the right day to do our bushwalk and we didn't even get wet. Everyone learnt heaps; Roger is now able to doctor all his photos after tuition on Photoshop! While the rest of us will have to be content with just taking great photos! Look out for the slide show that will appear on my website soon.

Bibbulmun and Beyond: Lots of places left!!! Why?? This is a fabulous trip, Nov 7-14th, taking in the best of the Bibb track between Albany and Walpole. Plus the Nornalup Inlet cruise, the Tree Top walk and wineries.
Cape to Cape November: Booked out. Final payment due Oct 12th.
Note: If you are interested in a trip that is booked out, still let me know. I often get last minute cancellations, and also, it lets me know if I need to plan more trips next year. I would particularly like to know if more people would like to do Denmark- Walpole, which I could offer instead of the Bibbulmun and Beyond.
Also note that I can do tailored walks for groups of 10 or more. If you have a group of friends who want to walk together and you have an approximate time of year then let me know as we can work something out. I'm doing a couple of trips like that this year and they are usually a lot of fun,.
Karijini and More
What an amazing trip! How can work be so much fun? Everything was fantastic-the people, the organisation from Coates, the weather, the places, the food, our wonderful guide Rick Curtis....
I have to admit it took me a few days to get the hang of finding everything in the back of that truck...oh, and next time you'll all have 5 kg luggage limits! The trip culminatedwith us arriving in Broome on the night of the Stairway to the Moon! What superb planning! So, next year......

2008 Trip Previews-Ningaloo and Kimberley
Due to the success of the Inspiration Outdoors-Coates Wildlife Tours joint venture to the Pilbara this year, I'm planning more for 2008. On the drawing board is a trip that will incorporate sea kayaking in Ningaloo, followed by walking in the Pilbara. That is scheduled for May. Then in July I plan to offer a Kimberley Tour- it will go from Broome to Kununurra with significant walking along the way.
If you have an interest in either of these trips, email me now.
